HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Creating an account is quick and easy! Just click on the “Sign Up” button on our website, enter your details, and you’ll be all set to save your information for faster checkout and create personalised wish lists. Plus, you’ll get access to exclusive deals and updates on new products!
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Placing an order is super easy! Simply browse our products, add your favorites to your cart, and head to checkout when you’re ready. You’ll need to enter your shipping info, select a payment method, and confirm your order.
We have two more alternative ways to order.
You could older via Instagram DM, just simply shoot us a message with the products you want to order and share your shipping information or
Via WhatsApp, send us the products you’d like to order or go through our WhatsApp catalog add your order and a representative will get in touch requesting your shipping information and share payment information.
We’ll take care of the rest and send you an email, DM or WhatsApp message with your order confirmation!
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
At the moment we only accept Mpesa payments via our paybill details that are provided with every order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We’re working on this. At the moment we only ship orders across Kenya. We offer same day delivery within Nairobi and next day delivery across Kenya.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?
We try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so we recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to assist, but once it’s shipped, we can no longer make changes.
MY PAYMENT WAS DECLINED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your payment is declined, double-check that your payment information is correct and up to date. Sometimes, banks or payment processors flag transactions, so you might want to contact them to resolve the issue. If you still need help, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team—we’re here to assist!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you’ve ordered in-stock items, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For pre-order items, please allow 14-21 business days for processing and shipment. We’ll make sure to keep you updated on the status of your order, so you’ll always know when to expect you K-beauty products!
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Once your order is placed, we’re unable to modify the delivery address. Our team processes orders quickly to get them to you fast! If you’ve made an error or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist. However, if your order has already been shipped, it won’t be possible to update the address.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?
Oh no! We’re sorry for the mix-up. Please contact us immediately with a pic of incorrect item you’ve received, and we’ll make it right. We’ll send you the correct product and arrange for a return or exchange if needed.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
All orders are final once processed and dispatched and cannot be canceled or altered. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your in-stock order hasn’t arrived within 3 business days, please get in touch with us for further assistance. You can reach us via call, text, WhatsApp or email and we’ll be happy to help you track your order or resolve any issues. For pre-order items, please allow 10-14 business days for processing and shipment. If it’s been longer than expected or you need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We’ll be happy to look into it and help resolve any issues as quickly as possible!
HOW CAN I BE SURE I’ll RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
We’re all about transparency and making sure you get exactly what you ordered – genuine K-beauty products in the condition we promised! While we can’t control things like weather or carrier delays, we work with reliable shipping partners and will always keep you in the loop. If anything unexpected happens or your order is delayed, just reach out to us – we’re here to help and will make sure you get your products in perfect condition. Your satisfaction is super important to us!
HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?
Awesome question! If you have a promo code, just enter it at checkout in the “Promo Code” box before completing your purchase.
If you’re making an order via Instagram or WhatsApp simply notify your representative of your discount code and they assist you accordingly.
Make sure the code is valid and hasn’t expired. If it’s a valid code, your discount will be applied to your order total.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we do! Gift cards are a great way to give the gift of beautiful skin to someone special. You can purchase them directly via WhatsApp or Instagram and they’ll be delivered instantly via email—perfect for last-minute gifts!
WHY DOES THE NEW PRODUCT I PURCHASED LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE I BOUGHT BEFORE?
Sometimes, K-beauty brands update their packaging or tweak the texture/formulation to improve the product or keep up with new trends and regulations. While the product itself remains the same and still delivers the same great results, these changes are just part of their effort to keep things fresh and innovative. Don’t worry – your favourite product is still as effective as ever, just with a little makeover!
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY HARMFUL INGREDIENTS?
Nope, all of our products are carefully selected with your skin’s health in mind! We focus on clean and safe skincare. We strive to offer products that are free from harmful ingredients like sulfates, and phthalates. If you’re ever unsure about a specific product, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!

We don’t have a flagship store or a physical location – currently, we’re an online-only store. However, we’ve made it easy for you to shop with us in various ways!
